Open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the The Plan Group Limited, their immediate families, or anyone connected with the administration of this prize draw.
To enter, complete the survey and provide your email address in the field provided. You may also choose to opt into marketing communications, but this is not a requirement to enter the draw.
There is one prize available in total across all survey distributions: a £100 Amazon voucher. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. Only one winner will be selected.
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by 31/12/2025.
The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered for technical or other reasons.

Multiple survey submissions using the same email address will be counted as a single entry.
